STRONG ARGUMENTATION FOR CHRIST BEING A FIGMENT OF IMAGINATION FOLLOWS:

"Thus I find myself more and more attracted to the theory, once vigorously debated by scholars, now smothered by tacit consent, that there was no historical Jesus lying behind the stained glass of the gospel mythology. Instead, he is a fiction." —Robert Price

It’s sad to think of all those Christians who believe in Jesus as a historical personage and to know all the facts which make their beliefs false. The arguments continue and grow louder and more heated, but, in the long run, facts and time are on the side of dismissing the Jesus mythology as false. At this time, from my own arguments and debates, the only people who can accept the Jesus myth whole hog are desperate fundamentalist who have no claim to objectivity or those who are ignorant of the facts (i.e. most of Christianity). Anyone who looks with open and unbiased eyes can’t fail to have, at least, a doubt. One could end up believing still, but they would at least have to admit there’s some very strong evidence out there which can disprove the Christ myth. Any honest Christian would have to be at least a bit of a doubting Thomas.
